5 Things You Can Eat from the Garden Every Day Even If You're Not a Homesteader
I just started following you today, little did i know was, everything i have been doing. in my gardrn is what you teach. You have got a subscriber. Thank you. I am buying the book.
😂😂
I started doing this because I trust you 🤣… I do still root a few suckers and have new plants!
I'm growing pole beans on my obelisk trellises for the first time and now I'm feeling as if the space in the center of the obelisk is wasted/missed space...
... most of that grows something edible eventually 😂
I noticed that Bonnie hasn't sold well in my area this year
How to keep snake away from garden...because it's scary sometimes 😅
This is the first time I have ever heard this recommendation. Nice!!!!
Lol, yeah, no idea how those made it in there.
Amen sister! lol Gardening is LIFE 🙌🏾😩🤣😅
Iam from Egypt and I would like to thank you so much
Are cucumbers similar to prune?
😂
It's summer, every time I go to the grocery store I buy a flower, herb or plant! I see no problem with this😂
You are gorgeous and I love the videos. Very helpful. Thank you. 😊
I started like this and now im doing in on bigger scale. You can see in this channel. A sub will be grateful
The old hymn “In the garden alone” and a strong cup of coffee ❤️ So yes I totally understand 👍🏽
You said something right there! ‘When you use Miracle Grow, you miss the miracle.´
I have two dogs but they will destroy my garden if they get a chance so I built a fence but even though they kill everything that comes into my property they can't seem to catch gophers and one has made it to my garden so I haven't been able to risk letting them or they'll destroy the garden when going after the gopher.
We taking over! 😂😂😂
I wish basil would grow like this where I live
I had never pinched off suckers and my tomatoes (in rows of six to 12 in a 12' row) and my tomatoes bush out like a hedge!
I do the same! I want tomatoes not leaves!
In New Zealand we call them herbs I guess you call them erbs
Some libraries have seeds for free...
I used your method this year and have a load of tomatoes, even in this ridiculous heart we're having.
Just say 'no' to robot voices
Dogs got in my garden last night and topped some of my pepper plants. Pretty low I must admit for this time of year. I still had to go prune my tomato plants after the dogs left.
When you farm in what you got and the soil needs help and you got a budget. Fertilizer can turn a place that won't grow into a place that will. It all taste the same on a healthy plant in the end.
I use synthetic fertilizer only when I can't fix a problem with other means. Bottom line is harvest. Would I let my plants die because organic can't give that fix they need? No, bottom line is harvest and a live plant is required.
Im using urine and fish tea in a bucket, im growing non stop giant strawberries and tomato are clustering every flower.
So this should also be doable in the raised beds on an apt. deck, yes?
I just started gardening a few weeks ago and I’m looking into making compost. What’s your take on using diluted urine given the person has a clean bill of health?
Hmm interesting! So its getting what it can from the small leaves on top after you take those other leaves off below the suckers?
turns out, certain plants will just crowd out the others. potatoes next to anything? forget it. tomatoes and zucchini? look out.
LEMON BALM BABE
Horse and cow manure, straw and compost now contain Grazon herbicide by Dow- kills all broadleaf plants- Its in everything now.
I never knew! It would seem the opposite but not with herbs, huh? Thanks for the tip 🙂
Yes ready early!!!!😊🫛🥒🪴🍓🍅
Cow supplements come in great plastic tubs. Ask cattle farmers if they have any to spare. They will be quite pleased to give you some.
Yes!!
😂😂😂
That's why I don't grow them. It would be more than I need. I don't have animals to feed and neighbors who wouldn't want them. City people are weird and strange. We have loss the community caring and sharing vibe. 😢😢😢
That Chard is beautiful.
Love the recipe...loving your videos!!! Thank you so much!
So what do you do with plants in pots?
I don't grow a whole lot of plants in pots, but I use the same sandy loam soil in pots and add lots of compost
Haven't used fertilizer in years. Composted a few years ago and now I spot compost the heavy feeders and grow more than I can handle
Doing this TODAY! Thank you! Love all your videos!
Yup, 35 trees and counting..
Of course I just planted all mine in the center, 1 plant for each trellis. 😮
